With 25 years in retail management, I enjoy interacting with customers, even when challenges arise—I always want to help fix things. Working as a call center representative allows me to support customers with their needs, and I expect the same level of service when I'm on the other side.

I gotta say, applying to Wayfair turned out to be a fantastic experience. They gave me feedback after the assessment, which is pretty awesome. It's nice to know your strengths and get tips on what to improve. I really hope more companies follow suit.

The inquiries were pertinent to the role and the qualifications required for it. I also didn’t get picked for the job after the evaluation and was asked to provide feedback just to make this company seem better... when I really thought I had a shot at the position. Not cool.
